These books are direct from the Epic Arts cafe on the south coast of Cambodia and contain six traditional Khmer fables illustrated by their students. -
I came across a stash of these hard cover books and loved them so much I thought I'd sell them here. It's a photographic tribute to wild animals and a critique of man's treatment of the natural world features the beauty of nature's wild animals and pristine landscapes, along with portraits of captive animals and degraded landscapes.

Usually I tell a story about how a particular Tshirt design came about, but do I really have to do that with this one? It says 'Adventure Addict', because, ah, I really fucking love adventure. Obviously. One thing I will say is I'm basically the least adventurous person I know, and scared of everything from snakes and spiders to the dark and lightning. Although I do love adventure, my brand of adventure is probably a little milder than many. Happy Hearts are made by students in the Epic Arts Cafe special education project. By using recycled pieces of material to make hearts they learn sewing skills and produce this beautiful product. I bought a small sample of these in an effort to help raise a few dollars for this amazing place. I first discovered Epic Arts Cafe while exploring the south coast of Cambodia a few years back. Not only do they have delicious food, they have an amazing program working with people with disabilities. Their cafe in Cambodia was founded in 2006 and their Special Education Project launched in 2009 after they discovered there was nothing to support children with learning disabilities in and around Kampot Town. They believe in a world where every person counts and where people with disabilities are valued, accepted and respected. They promote the inclusion of people of all abilities and disabilities through the arts and use arts as a form of expression and empowerment to bring people with and without disabilities together.

For many years now, I've lived by the mantra 'Ordinary is my Enemy'. It's one of the core ideas behind the Swashbucklers Manifesto in fact. Now I've decided to take it up a notch. I think this Tshirt makes it pretty clear what I think of normal? Don't get me wrong, if you want to be normal, I guess that's fine. But it's not for me. To be clear, this Tshirt does not say FNM COA KRL that would just be fucking weird. And not in a good way. Although if that means something to you, then who I am to tell you it doesn't say that? I've ridden elephants before. It was actually quite fun. (Except that one time the mahout got off to take a photo and the elephant went rogue with me still on the back and I thought I was going to die and that was slightly less fun.) But now that I'm not such a massive, ignorant fuckwit, I would never ride an elephant. In fact, now I tell anyone who will listen how shitty it is. How bad it is for them. And how elephants should be allowed to just be elephants. Because... obviously. If you're with me on this one, this Tshirt is for you.
