In 2012, I went to Nepal to run the Manaslu Mountain Trail Race. To say it didn’t go quite according to plan would be a bit of an understatement. But hey, shit happens, and it made for some fairly interesting videos. Here’s a bunch of ‘webisodes’ about what went up, and down.

Reflecting on the year that was.
I know people have been posting about all sorts of things for New Years, from matchy matchy outfits to the parties they went to, the nice places they were, wrap ups of the year, sometimes their most popular social posts, and quite often some sort of outlook for the year ahead. Also, for obvious reasons, there's been more than a few 'thank fuck that's over' sentiments because let's be honest, the last few years have been a lot. In so many ways. For so many people.

City to Bay is Back Baby!
After two years of Covid shitfuckery the mighty City to Bay is back and sign me up baby! This is South Australia’s biggest run in terms of how many people do it, and I’ve done it I’m not sure how many times but let’s say quite a few.
