In a time when there’s all sorts of good causes vying for your attention, and our moola, it’s always good to see people doing really cool stuff like Sam from Connie from Love Your Sister. They’re out there raising money for Breast Cancer in their own, awesome way. As Sam says, “All this pink about the place is pacifying us into believing that enough is being done about our mums falling to breast cancer. My first act as Research Australia’s Advocate of the Year is to ditch the pink. It misleads us. It’s a soft colour. Nothing about bc is soft. The only colour for me that truly represents the cancer that fells our mums is black. Fuck it.”
And one of their fund raising efforts was putting together this Little Box of Fucks for when you have no more fucks to give. There’s nothing better than doing something for a good cause, when really, it’s just buying something awesome. That happens to also be for a good cause.
